Terms & Conditions – ad999 Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the ad999 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the ad999 Platform, you ("the Player") enter into a binding agreement with the Company and unconditionally accept all provisions set out herein.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ad999. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

ad999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are advised to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to the ad999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ad999 strictly enforces this age restriction. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the originating payment method.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law in a manner that would render your use of ad999 unlawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ad999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You may only hold one registered account on the ad999 Platform at any time. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

ad999 conducts identity verification ("KYC") procedures in accordance with its obligations under applicable international anti-money laundering frameworks. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation before withdrawal requests are processed.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ad999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your account access to any third party under any circumstances.

ad999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify ad999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account security.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. ad999 reserves the right to void any bets placed or winnings accrued through activity that is found, upon investigation, to have involved account sharing, credential compromise, or any form of unauthorised third-party access.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details — including registered email address and payment method information — remain current and accurate at all times.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ad999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa credit to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ad999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing times.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned via the same method.

ad999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ad999 accepts no responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the ad999 Platform, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, and all other markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ad999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a market is declared void by our trading team.
• ad999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where a manifest error in odds pricing has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is materially different from the true market price at the time of placement due to a technical or human error.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delay where match events require verification. Live odds are updated in real time and may change between the moment a bet is selected and the moment it is confirmed.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been subject to match manipulation, corruption, or any form of pre-determined result may be voided at ad999's sole discretion, regardless of the outcome recorded by the governing sporting body.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are set at ad999's discretion and may vary by sport, event type, market, and account tier. ad999 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where unusual or suspicious patterns of wagering are detected.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as stake credit to the player's account balance. No winnings are paid on voided markets.

Settlement of all cricket markets — including PSL, Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing cricket board (PCB, ICC, or applicable body). In the event of a tied match or Duckworth-Lewis result, settlement rules specific to each market type shall apply as documented in the ad999 Cricket Betting Rules, available within the Platform's help section.

6. Casino & Slots

Casino and slot games available on the ad999 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. All game results are generated at random and are not influenced by previous results, account balance, bet size, or any internal consideration.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-run theoretical average payout for each game. Actual results in any given session may deviate significantly from the published RTP figure. RTP values are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of returns to any individual player.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game round are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface prior to play.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino or slot game round, the round will be completed and settled according to the game's internal logic. Results determined prior to disconnection will stand. If a round cannot be resolved, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) operated by licensed studio dealers. These results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of player dissatisfaction with outcome.
• ad999 does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics. All game rules are available within the respective game interface.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ad999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification on the ad999 Platform.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement ("rollover"), which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means the bonus value must be wagered ten times).
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirement not completed within the stated validity window will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• ad999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering has been completed, the remaining bonus balance will be removed and no cash equivalent will be paid.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — constitutes a violation of these Terms. ad999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on a player account at any time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad999 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or the use of insider information to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ad999 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions imposed by ad999.
• Sharing account access, allowing third parties to operate your account, or acting as an agent for another person on the Platform.

ad999 actively monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending account, void all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, withhold associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Suspension & Termination

ad999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a request has been made.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of applicable KYC checks. Where termination results from a confirmed breach, ad999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is established, to remit those funds to appropriate authorities.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ad999 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ad999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform outages, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews, or promotional content.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The ad999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ad999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by players on the ad999 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at ad999.im/privacy-policy. By using the Platform you consent to the data practices described therein.

ad999 processes player data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised communications where consent has been provided. We do not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

Player data may be shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of Platform services. All third-party data processors are subject to contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable international privacy standards.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ad999 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.

No legal proceedings may be commenced against ad999 in relation to a Platform dispute until the internal complaints process described above has been completed in full.

13. Amendments

ad999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, ad999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

Historical versions of these Terms are retained internally by ad999 and may be made available upon request for purposes of resolving disputes relating to the terms applicable at a specific point in time.
